and Laura's road ride. Medium pace, medium ride. Laura
is a Cat 1 women's racer. This is her recovery day after
weekend racing.

Tuesday

ATB

Jim
and Eric's mountain bike ride. This ride is for ALL level
ATB riders. Rides will leave from the shop and be paved
and dirt roads until the trails clear up so we don't damage
them.

Wednesday

Chris's
road ride. Medium pace, medium distance. Road riders of
ALL abilities welcome.

Thursday
- 5:00pm

Heather
and E.J.'s road ride. Medium pace, medium distance.

and Laura's road ride. Medium pace, medium ride. This
is Laura's easy day before her weekend of racing. |
All rides leave from the shop at the schedule time.
ALL RIDERS MUST WEAR A HELMET.
